Giorgio's Pizza

Giorgio's Pizza [1343 Second Avenue, New York; Menu]

Giorgio's is famous (?) on the Upper East Side for its unique and tasty type of pizza. The shape of the slices and the pies is the same, but instead of the traditional method of the cheese covering all of the sauce, there are small spots (maybe an inch wide, four per slice) of sauce that are exposed. Definitely good for a change of pace, but while other people swear by it, I personally couldn't eat here all the time.
